What do Bed Bugs look like?
In general, an adult bed bug is reddish-brown with a long, oval-shaped body that's about the size and shape of an apple seed. Bed bugs may be flat or they may look like tiny brown balloons, depending on whether they've fed recently. They, like fleas and ticks, need blood to survive. red itchy bites bed bug bites
What are signs?
- RED, ITCHY BITES. People don't often consider bed bugs until they've left their mark.
- UNCOMFORTABLE NIGHTS. Bed bugs are most often found in the bed, where humans spend most of their nights.
- MARKED ARMS AND SHOULDERS
How do you get rid of them?
- Clean bedding, linens, curtains, and clothing in hot water and dry them on the highest dryer setting.
- Use a stiff brush to scrub mattress seams to remove bedbugs and their eggs before vacuuming.
- Vacuum your bed and surrounding area frequently.
